Broad Street Elementary families and staff recently gathered for a fun Fall Festival. A special thank you to Slippery Rock University for their help making this event a success!
Beginning in October 2024, all elementary schools will resume selling snacks and a la carte items for the new school year. All items sold meet the USDA’s Smart Snack Guidelines.
For more information about these guidelines, you can visit the USDA website or view the flyer.
Thank you to everyone who supported The Golden Tornado Scholastic Foundation, Inc.'s Tuff Tornado Run and helped make this event a huge success!
We have a few updates from our food service department that we would like to share with you.
This is a reminder that tick season is upon us. We encourage you to check your children for ticks or signs of a tick bite each day.
While we do not check students for ticks while they are at school, it is possible that a tick will be discovered. In that case, the school nurse will notify you if a tick is found on your student while they are at school.
The Butler Education Association (BEA) is organizing a food drive to support The Kids' Weekend Backpack Program!
Please bring a single serve non-perishable item to the Butler Golden Tornado Football game this Friday, September 20. Donations will go to the Kids’ Weekend Backpack Program.
